Q: What if there is a queue to get into The County Mall near the time of my appointment?
A: The Mall is limiting the number of people allowed in at any one time. We have made special arrangements with the County Mall for entering if there is a queue to get in. Just show your confirmation text to the security guard who will allow you to enter but only if it's close to your appointment time.
Q: Can I bring someone with me?
A: Unfortunately no, due to government guidelines we are limited to the number of people we can have in the salon at any one time.
Q: What if I have had symptoms?
A: If you have had any Coronavirus symptoms set as described by the government guidelines, unfortunately, you will need to postpone your appointment, get in touch with Track & Trace and follow their recommendations
Q: Why do I have to wear a mask?
A: You protect me I protect you. All team members are required to wear a face shield and we ask you to bring your own mask that secures behind the ears. If you forget we can provide masks at an additional cost.
Q: What If I Forget My Bank Card?
A: We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay, unfortunately, we are unable to accept CASH
